SAN RAFAEL, CA.—MAY 19, 2003—Equilibrium, a leading provider of rich-media servers for the enterprise today announced that Conchango, a global provider of business technology solutions, has joined Equilibrium's Partner Program to provide integration and consulting services for Equilibrium® MediaRich™ Image Server. By incorporating MediaRich with their multi-channel solution offerings, Conchango will streamline online image production and reduce costs when developing Web sites and portals with rich-media assets for their enterprise clients.
Equilibrium MediaRich is server-based imaging software that automates image production and enables the dynamic delivery of visual assets to the Web, wireless and print. By integrating MediaRich with content management systems (CMS) for example, Conchango can automate image processing functions when defined and incorporated directly into CMS templates. As a Web page is viewed, MediaRich dynamically generates and deploys all required variations from the original source image. MediaRich eliminates manual file conversions, optimizations and modifications to minimize the number of images to create and manage.
