Need
The Sharper Image sought a way to build a dynamic greeting card application to increase site personalization and increase customer satisfaction. With this application, clients could send an online gift card notifying a recipient of a gift purchase. The challenge was finding a solution that could dynamically generate text messages within an image easily and with design flexibility.
Solution
MediaRich provides the ability to dynamically generate text in TrueType and PostScript fonts for a successful gift card application. Messages are generated on-the-fly as a visually rich graphic. This feature increases site personalization and enhances the post-purchase experience for Sharper Image clients.
