Job Description

This is a commissioned sales position.  The Sales Representative will sell our server-based software products to customers with large-volume workflows of digital images and videos to process.  Applicants should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of achieving or exceeding previously assigned sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Close new sales in qualified opportunities, & upgrade sales to existing customers.
  • Clearly communicate to prospects the benefits of our products.
  • Clearly communicate customers' functional needs, from their technical support staff to ours.
  • Manage team efforts through the sales cycle to closing the sale & installing our products.
  • Use Netsuite to plan & log contacts; keep records updated.
  • Integrate sales efforts with promotions, advertising, & other Marketing actions.
  • Report sales progress & results; identify new & upgrade sales opportunities.
  • Attend product & sales training to maximize sales revenue.
Requirements
  • Excellent listening skills; persuasive speaking skills; pragmatic problem solving.
  • Five+ years direct Enterprise software sales experience, preferably related to video & e-commerce.
  • Practical experience with SharePoint or other Digital Asset Management systems.
  • Functional understanding of website development.
  • Persistence & a commitment to winning.
Qualifications
  • BS degree in business
  • Experience using Netsuite a plus.
  • Experience with digital video online rebroadcasting a plus.

Sales Engineer

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, high-energy, reliable individual to begin or advance his/her sales career in the dynamic software industry.  We are looking for candidates with strong technical knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers, providing solutions to their needs.  We will provide the necessary sales and software training.  Candidates must be eager to learn, be multi-tasking, and self-motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Effectively communicate our products' capabilities to our customers, by phone / email / web conferencing.
  • Answer customers' product questions; build strong customer relationships.
  • Report, accurately diagnose, & help solve customers' problems using our products.
  • Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate support data.
  • Other sales engineering assignments, as directed.
Qualifications
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills required.
  • Must think, write, & speak clearly.
  • Excellent analysis skills with both technical & non-technical problems.
  • Ability to solve customers' problems correctly & creatively.
  • Must be familiar with JavaScript, HTML, & website development.
  • Experience with Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP, Microsoft Office, and Mac OS X.
  • Microsoft SharePoint, Adobe/Macromedia Imaging & Video, DeBabelizer Pro & Server product experience a plus.
  • BS / BA degree &/or MCP certificate a plus.
  • Image & video post-production experience a plus.
  • Training experience a plus.
